At ChidarumaSportCards, we offer group breaks where you will only receive cards from the teams or players you have selected. As with all group breaks, there's a chance of hitting some incredible cards, but there's also a possibility that none of the cards for your chosen team or player will be pulled. We cannot guarantee specific cards.

If there are any issues with the condition of your cards, you will need to address these directly with the manufacturer.

Before joining one of our breaks, please ensure you fully understand these terms. By purchasing a spot in our breaks, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions.

Box breaks offer an exciting way to grow your collection! Choose your favorite player or team from your preferred sport, and watch as we open all the packs live to reveal what you've pulled. It's a fun and interactive way to explore new sets and products while expanding your collection.

Once you have bought a spot in a break, you need a little bit more patience until it's sold out! Once it is sold out, we go live on Twitch and Instagram to open the boxes. 

A "filler" is a type of "mini break" that allows you a chance to get into the actual break for much cheaper. A filler helps fill a break quickly.

At the moment, we only ship to European countries.

In the future we may also ship worldwide.

We store your cards safely and don't mind keeping it safe until you decide to get it shipped out! Feel free to wait when you joined more breaks before requesting a shipment.

Day after the break I ship the cards out.

Shipping times can range from 1-5 days to sometimes 7 days depending where you're from.

All cards are in Near Mint condition unless stated otherwise in the description.

All cards are shipped in protective top loader, sleeve and resealable bag to avoid any damages to cards during shipment.

Due to the fluctuating prices in the market, we do not allow returns. We only offer (partial) refunds under very rare circumstances, after discussing with the customer.

The ChidarumaSportCards website is a Sport Card Breaks and sport Related Item Sales site. By using the ChidarumaSportCards website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, ChidarumaSportCards may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase ChidarumaSportCards products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

8. Children Under Thirteen

ChidarumaSportCards does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

9. E-mail Communications

From time to time, ChidarumaSportCards may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from ChidarumaSportCards or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from ChidarumaSportCards, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on 'unsubscribe' in emails, or sending us an email to remove them.

10. External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

11. Changes to this Statement

ChidarumaSportCards reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the volatility of the trading card market, a refund is not possible. If a break does not fill up within a certain amount of time, a refund is not possible unless stated differently in the product description. Returns may be allowed under very rare circumstances, and might be subject to a re-stocking fee. If this rare circumstance occurs, and the customer gets a refund, this may not be the exact amount they paid. The amount received after fees is what shall be refunded.

Shipping policy

1. Shipping is NOT included in product prices. When buying boxes or cards, shipping options show up during checkout. When buying into breaks, you select Box Break as shipping, as we allow all customers to save cards for one bigger shipping. Shipping can be requested here. Make sure you request shipping. All cards will be saved securely until shipping has been requested.

1. Shipping and delivery of products will be handled by third party companies, such as PostNL, within the Netherlands, everything is handled by PostNL. Once it gets to the country of destination, it will be handed over to other national or international shipping companies.

2. Before shipping, we make sure all cards are safe and secure, and will not be damaged by us (if this does happen, we will let the customer know, so we can arrange a fair deal to make up for potential losses). If there’s no damage to cards by our hands, we are not responsible for any damages or losses in transit to the customer. Refunds will therefore not be given. A goodwill gesture may be given in form of a gift card for our store. All valuable cards will be sleeved and/or toploaded. Less valuable cards will be securely placed in resealable team bags. We use cushioned envelopes, bubble wrap or any other material that will help keep the cards safe and secure.

3. Make sure you use the right address for checkout. This is the address the products will be shipped to. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the wrong address being used at checkout.

Breaking services

ChidarumaSportCards can not guarantee any specific teams or player cards in return of break spot purchases. Nor can ChidarumaSportCards guarantee a product being supplied after purchase, due to chance, unless stated differently. ChidarumaSportCards is not responsible for the condition of the card. These come from other manufacturers, and can thus come from the packet with certain issues/defaults.

Single card purchases

When buying single cards, the description must be read. It can happen that certain cards are not in the perfect condition, due to wear, as they’ve been on our hands, and outside of the packet, for a longer period of time.

Purchasing policy

If you wish to purchase any product or service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
